Brief introduction of the research subject
The study and development contents included the technology of extracting RS information of ecological assets in Xinjiang, technology of field spot measurement and validation of ecological assets in Xinjiang, and running system of RS-based assessment of ecological assets in Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture, a main prefecture in Xinjiang, etc. After carrying out the study, the relative technical criterions and specifications were worked out, the data platform of ecological assets in Xinjiang, spatial information evaluation model and evaluation system of ecological assets were developed, the technology of extracting crop-growing areas and WebGIS online information service technology were designed, and a RS information evaluation model of ecological assets in Xinjiang was developed. Some important achievements, such as the correction of RS data of ecological assets on multiple scales, quick production of RS data of ecological assets, extraction of crop-growing areas, integration of RS data and field-investigated data of ecological assets, and WebGIS online information service, were achieved, in which the relative achievements in RS-based quantitative studies on ecological assets were not reported yet at home and abroad, neither were the studies on the running system of quantitative assessment of ecological assets reported at home.
