Postdoctoral Position on "Vulnerability and adaptability of water resources to climate change in arid lands" of Xinjiang Institute of Ecology and Geography, Chinese Academy of Sciences

Xinjiang Institute of Ecology and Geography (XIEG), Chinese Academy of Sciences invites applications for two postdoctoral scholar positions in water resources and climate change. The research will be conducted on the vulnerability and adaptability of water resources in arid lands of NW China to climate change. In detail, the work will include 1) vulnerability of water resources to climate change, 2) water resources carrying capacity and water security, 3) adaptability of water resources to climate change and 4) water policies under climate change. We seek highly motivated candidate who has already obtained or will soon obtain a Ph.D. degree in climate change, hydrolorometerology, water resources management or other related science and engineering disciplines. Postdoctoral appointments at XIEG are initially for two years and can be extended to maximum three years.
